| | One-Call Center Practices - Project Information | The One Call Center Practices Task Team will identify and describe one-call center best practices used to: - receive notifications of proposed excavations,
- identify possible conflicts with nearby facilities,
- process the information, and
- notify affected facility owner/operators,
for the purpose of protecting the public, excavators, and the environment and preventing disruptions to public services and damages to underground facilities.
