Best Practices On-Line

The various methods for accessing the best practices include:

1. View or download the final Common Ground Report. The Report is available in its entirety as a single document, or by individual chapters.
2. View or download individual Best Practices. You can search for specific Best Practices from a query page. From the query page, simply:
   1. click on the Project (i.e., Task Team) that you are interested in (multiple task teams may be selected by holding down the Control key when clicking),
   2. select Best Practice as the Document Type, and
   3. click on the Search button.
   Your result will be a list of the selected practices. Note that you may customize your query by including text search or other parameters on the query page. Also, if desired, you can specify the index order of the resulting list.
3. View and print “canned” reports which lists the Best Practices in various formats.
4. Download a database table. A Microsoft Access file, DatabaseBestPractices.MDB, is available. For users of Microsoft FoxPro or various other xBase products, files DatabaseBestPractices.DBF and DatabaseBestPractices.DBT are available. Both files must be downloaded into the same directory.
